Here you can read how Scandinavian Information Audit manages your personal data.
Personal data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable living individual.
You may have given us your personal data if you have signed up for a course, sent a job application or if you work for us.
Responsibility
Scandinavian Information Audit is responsible for the information that is collected about our clients, course attendees and employees.
We make sure that the personal data is handled correctly and lawfully.
Processing
If you have signed up for any of our courses and events, the purpose is to communicate with you and to enable us to send invoices.
As such, we save the following information:
- Name
- Place of employment
- Work address (and possibly EAN)
- The name of the events and courses
Job Applications and Employment
If you apply for a job at our company, we will process the personal data that you have sent us. Additionally, we may process information that has been given to us by third parties that you have given us permission to contact. We do this in order to properly assess your application.
We save all applications for a period of up to 3 months, so we can be sure that we find the right person for the job.
Security and Storage
We store your personal data securely and use dataprocessors that we have verified use the same security measures as we do.
When applicable, we encrypt, pseudonymize or anonymize your personal data. We will ensure that we are lawfully compliant at all times.
Personal Data on Invoices
Please note, that it is necessary for us to process some of your personal data in order to correctly handle invoices. This means that you cannot withdraw your consent to our handling of any of the personal data that is listed on invoices.
We store invoices for the current year plus 5 years as per the requirements of the Danish Accouting Act.
